Raffle FAQs

Since 1991, Shiekh Shoes has been a veteran and family-owned business. We believe it is a privilege to be an authorized vendor for some of the world's top brands. We take pride in distributing these products to our local community. We strive in providing an excellent shopping experience in our stores, on our website, and on our app. Not only do we partner with top firms like ParameterX (check them out) but we have developed technology to help stop bots, overseas buyers, and resellers so we can service our customers directly. As much as we would love to sell everyone a limited edition product, know that we are working hard to make sure our loyal customers get the first and only dibs on it.

Why do you do raffles?

Shiekh wants to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. When there is a high demand for a shoe, we elect to raffle the shoe instead of selling them first come first serve.

Where do I enter a raffle?

All raffles are held on the Shiekh App. To enter an in-store raffle, visit a participating Shiekh store and scan the raffle QR code using the Shiekh app.

How are the winners selected?

Winners are randomly selected. No past purchases are required to become a winner. Chances of winning the raffle vary based on the number of entries and the amount of inventory available.

When will I know if I won the raffle?

Typically, raffle winners are selected the day before the shoe is scheduled to release. If you win, you will receive a push notification informing you that you won. Additionally, your raffle status will change to 'Winner'.

Can I enter the raffle more than once?

NO, you can not enter the raffle more than once. Additionally, you can not log out of your account and log in under another account to enter again. There is only one entry per device. By logging out, you may lose your entry.
