Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?


Shopping at Shiekh.com is safe. Every credit card purchase you make at Shiekh is verified through Braintree.

What is the status of my order?


To view the status of your order click on the "My Account" link found at the top of the page. You will be able to view your order history and get detailed information on the progress of your order. Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Should there be a delay in the processing of your order you will receive an email with an explanation and any steps needed on your behalf to complete the order. Be sure to check your “junk mail" box in the event your ISP flagged the email as spam. To insure you receive our emails add us to your safe sender list.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We currently accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay and Android Pay for all orders.   

Why won’t my payment go through?


If you are experiencing check out errors there could be a few reasons why. First ensure you are choosing the correct billing address for the credit card being used. I would also always suggest you check out with Mozilla Firefox. If you have your browser open for a long period of time try selecting CTRL F5 to refresh your page. If and error still persist contact our customer support to speak with one of our customer service specialists at the toll free number.

What do you charge for shipping an order?


All orders shipped to a destination within the Continental United States or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped free of charge on orders of $75 or more. For US Domestic orders below $75 the shipping cost depends on the zip code or the city that the order is being shipped to. Please be advised of the following: For any item(s) less than $10, there will be a shipping fee applied as well even if an order's subtotal exceeds $75.  The shipping fee(s) will appear while in checkout cart.  All shipping cost rates are determined by the shipping location and all costs may vary upon location. To determine your shipping cost you may do so at Checkout by selecting your zip code and city. Follow the Shipping Info link for more information on International Shipping charges.

Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS only.

Expedited shipping is currently unavailable until further notice.

What shipping carrier do you use?


To pass on the shipping cost savings, we have partnered with UPS Mail Innovations for all shipments bound for a US destination.
UPS Mail Innovations works with the U.S. Postal Service, providing the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of mail, with final delivery being made by domestic and international postal services.
We also use the following courier services: UPS Ground and Fedex Ground.
*For our friends in US Territories and our Service Men and Women overseas, we offer USPS only as a low-cost option with flat-rate pricing.

Do I need to provide further documentation after my order?


Each order is subject to be reviewed by our Billing Department and further documentation may be requested by Shiekh.com for fraud protection purposes.

Why am I not getting my order and shipping confirmation emails?


There are a number of reasons why you may not be getting these emails. One way to assure you receive these emails is to add noreply@shiekhshoes.com and support@shiekh.com to your address book. By doing this you are telling your Internet Service Provider our emails are not spam and they will not go in your junk folder or be bounced by your ISP.

I paid through PayPal, what shipping address will my order go to?


The shipping address comes from your PayPal account and can’t be changed when placing the order. Please log onto PayPal before placing the order and change the shipping address desired.

 

Why was my order cancelled?


1. You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice.

2. You may have failed to respond, in a timely fashion, to an important email. Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment.

Do you take phone orders?


All orders are placed online through our website.

Am I able to cancel my order?


Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped and obtains a tracking number.
If you do not wish to keep this package you may refuse it upon delivery to be returned to our company for a full refund.

Why after adding items to my cart does it indicate "My Cart is Empty"?


If your browser settings do not allow cookies, you might not be able to checkout and place your order. In order to verify your settings and change any if necessary, follow these instructions.

Can I change my address on my order?


We do apologize unfortunately we are unable to alter billing or shipping information once your order has been placed for security purposes. We can request cancellation for your order in which you may then replace if we are able to intercept the package from being shipped. Please allow 24 business hours for a confirmation email if you wish to proceed with cancellation, an alternative option is if your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx we may have you package held at their facility, if your package is shipped by another courier we cannot guarantee the courier will hold that package. A valid Government ID will be necessary matching the receiver name for a will call.

Free US Domestic  Return Policy:

If your order qualified for free shipping you may qualify for free returns “Ground Return” on any of the items within the order, free return label is sent to you via email. Offer is only valid up to 14 days of receiving the order.

The fastest way to receive an exchange or a refund is to take the items back to your local Shiekh store.

 

Didn’t receive free shipping and you still want a return label?

We can send a return label to you at a fee of $7.95. This charge will be discounted from your refund or added to the exchange fee.

 

Return Instructions:

All return labels are sent via email PDF file format, service provider will be USPS unless otherwise stated. 

Carefully pack the merchandise in its original box. If merchandise is not return in its original box, or the box is taped and used as a container, a $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any Nike items returned without the original box will have a restocking fee of 15%. If you no longer have the original container, please use a suitable box that protects the merchandise. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

Can I return undergarment and bathing suits?

No, Shiekh.com does not accept bathing suits, or undergarment including bathing suits, socks etc. returns. 

 

Why did I receive my shoes without a shoe box?

All clearance sale items or items below $5.00 will be shipped without the shoe box and are nonrefundable and do not qualify for exchanges.

 

When I request an exchange, will the replacement item be held for me?


Unfortunately we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible for your exchange to be processed.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?


Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take between 2-7 business days to complete. You will receive email confirmation once the return is completed.

I received a Defective/Damaged item, what do i do?


Please email us at support@shiekh.com with your order number and photos of the Defect/Damage for review by our quality assurance department.

Can you please mark my purchase as "gift" to avoid custom duties taxes?


Unfortunately due to Customs regulations, we are unable to mark the merchandise as a "gift".

Please be advised, Shiekh or its affiliates are not responsible for customs/duties. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.


Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?


Yes we do offer International Shipping. If you pay with a foreign credit card, our billing department may contact you asking for additional information such a utility bill or a form of identification to verify the billing address on the order. This information is used solely for verification purposes and for your security. In order to avoid this delay, we recommend our international customers use PayPal.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?


United States Postal Service/APO Box. For APO Box addresses, we use USPS. Other couriers do not deliver to APO Box addresses. Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order and additional 4-7 business days for most in-stock items to arrive on your doorstep. USPS is used for P.O. Box addresses. 

Why are the store prices sometimes different from your online prices?


The difference in prices at various locations would be due to promotions approved by the store manager. At times, depending on availability of the shoe and how slowly the item is selling, the store manager may mark down the price to push the inventory out.


What are the requirements for using a discount code?


You can only use ONE coupon code per transaction.

At the individual brand's request, promotional codes do not apply to all items or sometimes do not apply to a given brand. Please see each promotion for restriction details.


Do you have a catalog?


Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product is online; we do not have a physical catalog. To ensure customer service, we are constantly updating our website to provide you with all the latest updates on our inventory.

Do you charge sales tax on any item(s)?


Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to California, Connecticut, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Ohio,  Maryland, Michigan, Virginia, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Washington, Wisconsin, Iowa, Idaho, Utah, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska and Tennessee.


Do you match your own prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?


Yes, if an item you order from us goes on sale within 10 days of your original purchase we will refund the difference. Contact us at support@shiekh.com

Offer is limited to one refund per month per customer.

I have concerns after reading some online reviews about Shiekh Shoes?


Although we are far from perfect, Shiekh.com will never deliberately deceive our customers or charge for products not shipped. Occasionally we run across merchandise that is not suitable to ship with an order and is our last pair. In those cases we will remove the item from your order and refund your card for the amount of the item not shipped.

There are a number of sites that post online reviews for Shiekh.com where we are unable to post a rebuttal or response unless we pay a membership fee. We do not agree with this business practice and refuse to pay those fees. If you are not satisfied with our products or service, contact us directly and we will make every attempt to make it right.

 

Can I return my Fri-J’s Style Pack, bundles and subscription packs?


Fri-Js Style Pack, bundles and subscription packages are to be returned completely to receive a refund. If a partial return is made, exchange will be given per each individual item. There will be no exceptions.

Out of Stock/Backordered


There are times where your order may not be available due to not passing our Quality Assurance Inspection or other and we may not be able to fill your order. If this unfortunate circumstance arises, you may take the following options:
1) Select an equal item of value or lesser (and we will refund the difference)
2) Wait for the item to be restocked (if applicable; not all shoes can be ordered from the manufacturer again)
3) Cancel your order and we will refund you immediately (3-4 business days for processing from your financial institution).
If we do not hear back from the customer within a 24 Hours on an out of stock/cancelled, order, we will automatically void the authorization and refund the order.

 

Can I return an order that had a gift card promotion?


Yes, but you will be required to return the gift card back with its original card value. If card may have been used the total value of card will be deducted from your returned merchandise. 

 

May I cancel my order and receive store credit instead of a refund?


No, we do not issue store credit for canceled orders. All refunds are refunded back to original payment method used. Credit/Debit cards will take 3-4 business days depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will take 24-48 business hours to see funds back to your PayPal account.  

 

If my order is placed today by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will it be eligible to ship Today?


The sized item(s) to be purchased needs to read: "Ships Today" Order within time clock appears,  you will be eligible to ship today. Please be advised if you add multiple item(s) the additional item(s) might not be eligible to be ship today, the entire order will be placed on hold till all items are ready to be shipped.

 

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have a tracking number, the return may not be processed.
All shoe returns must come with the original shoe box otherwise you are subject to a $3 restocking fee
Returned shoes will NOT be accepted if the original shoe box has been used as packaging or is damaged in any way. If a shipping fee was paid at the time of purchase and item(s) are returned, the shipping fee is none refundable. See customer service for further assistance. 


Release "App Raffles"

Release raffle rules and policies subject to change without written notice:

One pair of the release item will be sold to each customer/account/shipping or billing address (One entry per raffle per customer) all duplicates will be canceled

Orders are subject to be reviewed at all time

Orders will be canceled should rules and policies be broken

Orders with missing ship to address will be canceled

Orders that are processing cannot have its ship to address modified

Multiple accounts will be disqualified

Raffle entry gives you an opportunity to purchase the item hassle free, it does not mean you will win a pair

When will my credit card be charged?(Online sign up)

You will be billed right away if you sign up online.

Depending If you selected to receive your subscription “immediately, in 2 weeks, or in 30 days”.

 

Can I edit my How often I receive a Subscription?

Yes, you may edit how often you would like to receive a subscription box. You may contact your stylist to change the frequency for you.

 

How long do I have to do a Return?

Yes! You will have 14 days following delivery or in-store pick-up date to return your package. To avoid return shipping fees, you can drop off your package at your local Shiekh store.
Returned items must be in new and unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, and tears with original tags, laces, and undamaged box, etc. Where appropriate, we recommend you try on the clothes with an undershirt.
Free gift items can only be exchanged for sizing corrections and are not eligible for a style swap.
All returns/exchanges are solely processed by the Shiekh’s Monthly Access department. In-store item exchanges or refunds are not permitted.

Where Can I send my Returned items?

You may drop off your entire subscription package at your local Shiekh Store. If there is no store located near you our stylist may issue you a Return Label. (Click Here for PDF format.)

 

When Will my refund be issued?

Refund will be processed as soon as we receive items back to our Department and confirm ALL items are returned. After this is complete expect an email from the stylist confirming that the department has received your subscription box. Funds will be then processed takes 3-5 business days to receive funds into account.

 

Can I exchange items I did not like?

Yes! We allow one exchange per package for active subscription accounts. Your exchange items will be sent in your next package. You may drop off your exchange items at your nearest Shiekh store. Please keep in mind that exchanges are not for a refund but for a replacement for a similarly priced item.
If you would like to receive your exchange items prior to your next package, you may request an express exchange for an additional fee. Requests can be made either via phone or email.

When will I receive my exchange items?

You will receive your exchange items in the contents of your next package. Please note exchanges are only eligible for active accounts

 

How long does it take for a refund to reflect on my account?

Once the refund has been processed within our business days, it will take 3-5 business days to process depending on your credit card company.

I cannot Afford a Payment this month, can I change my payment date?

Yes, you may contact stylist@shiekhshoes.com to notify that you will like to change your payment date. A stylist will assist you in scheduling a payment date that best works for you.

Can I unsubscribe from Shiekh Monthly Access?

Yes, if you wish to no longer receive subscription boxes you may contact stylist@shiekhshoes.com, a stylist will be able to assist you in unsubscribing you. Please do not contact stores they do not have Access to unsubscribe Active members. All changes must be made with our Subscription Department.

Can I update my profile after signing up?

Yes, you are able to update your profile. Just log into your Shiekh Shoes account and navigate to Shiekh Monthly Access Subscriptions, click “Edit Profile”. Here you will be able to edit your sizes, style preferences, and write special requests for your stylist to see!

Termination of Shiekh Legacy Rewards Points

Shiekh.com may terminate or suspend your Shiekh Legacy Rewards Points in Shiekh Legacy Rewards at any time, for any reason, without any liability to the member for unspent points or unused rewards. Shiekh.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to rescind credits and rewards and/or to disqualify you from account in ShiekhLegacy Rewards and/or to terminate your account immediately and without notice if, in the sole judgment of Shiekh.com you (i) violate these terms and conditions, (ii) engage in any fraud or abuse relating to eligibility for Shiekh Legacy Rewards Points, accrual of points, or redemption of points and rewards, (iii) misrepresent any information supplied by you to Shiekh.com. (iiii) Shiekh Legacy Rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash (unless required by applicable law), and may not be bought, sold, assigned, bartered, or transferred except as expressly set forth herein. Should Shiekh.com terminate your account in the Shiekh Legacy Rewards program, you are ineligible to participate in the program at any future date, and you agree that you will not attempt to re-enroll in the program.

Point details:
One point is earned for every $1 dollar spent
For every 250 Points, you earn $20 towards your next purchase.  Points will be added to account 30 days after purchase.

Reward points expire after 6 months. Points will expire in the order form which they were first earned.

Points earned from purchases are deducted when a return has been made.
