Product Release Information

Shiekh is dedicated to giving our customers the best experience on launch days. This includes giving every customer and sneakerhead a fair shot to get their hands on the hottest sneakers of the season. At Shiekh, there are three different ways we handle releases.

First Come First Serve

The item will go live on the day and time of the release. To get ready for the release, download the Shiekh App for faster checkout and access app-exclusive launches.

Drawing

Drawings will typically open 7 days before the release date. Customers will have until two days before the release of the shoe to enter (If the shoe releases on a Saturday, customers will have until Thursday to enter). All winners are chosen randomly the day before the release date. Winners will be notified by 5 p.m. the day before the release date.

All drawings will take place through the Shiekh app.

Live Drawing

Live Drawings will open on the day and time of the release. Once the Live Drawing is open, customers can select the size they’d like to purchase and tap “Enter Live Drawing.” Winners will be selected within a few moments of the Live Drawing opening. If your entry is selected, you will get a push notification allowing you to purchase your shoe. If a winner does not purchase their shoe within 15 minutes of getting the notification, their winning ticket will expire and a new winner will be selected.

All Live Drawings will take place through the Shiekh app.
