This Whiton men’s boot is made with a traditional, lightweight Hi Suede—that’s also water-resistant—and 100% cotton Waxy canvas. It has all the DNA of a classic Doc—it’s Goodyear welted, meaning the upper and sole are sewn together in the heat-sealed z-welt stitch for enhanced comfort, but uses a compound called Ranil. That, along with its design, is why it’s so lightweight. Also, this Whiton includes a SoftWair Technology Sole for extra comfort.

This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.
