I think that the crocs that I have are comfortable, fun, stylish, and very durable. My experience using crocs is that I can use a lot anywhere really. I love how when you wear them in the water, and there too big for you, when they fall off your foot they FLOAT! When walking they are comfortable because they are made of rubber so they bend with your foot if you step on a root, which I like.

Defective!!!! Jibbitz keep falling out!!!
I bought these yellow crocs (which are no longer on the site) for my son, along with 2 of the 5-packs of the Simpons jibbitz. I noticed that putting in the jibbitz seemed very easy but they also fell out very quickly. The holes definitely felt looser than usual. We began wearing these crocs in July (I purchased in May). In less than 2 weeks, 7 of the 10 jibbitz fell out MULTIPLE times. I would find them on the sidewalk and in the car. And then eventually we just lost them 4 of them altogether. I find it extremely frustrating that within 3 weeks, we've already lost half the jibbitz and who knows what we'll be left with by the end of summer. The quality on these have definitely dropped. You can see in the video that I can easy flip them out - they are usually much harder to take out. And you can also see that the holes are the same size as all the rest and are not ripped. I'm really disappointed as my son is a huge Simpsons fan and can't even wear these for fear of losing more of them. He had been saving these for the summer!

We've owned crocs since my Oldest child was just a toddler so for over 26 yrs! Each kid has put their own flair to them over the years. They are durable/lightweight and when they get dirty..just wipe them off. Easy peasy! Plus the sandals dont hurt MY feet! What's not to love about them? Lol

Inconsistent products
There is definitely a difference on the comfort of Crocs depending on where they are manufactured, which is quite disappointing as I wish I would get the same product each time. I've noticed the ones manufactured in Vietnam are much softer and more comfortable compared to the pair I recently received that was manufactured in India. I had to replace my Crocs and wish I never got rid of the old ones, this new pair is VERY stiff and feels like hard plastic, very uncomfortable. This is not the first time, will not be purchasing Crocs any longer.

Called customer service they promised a replacement and emailed me confirmation. 6 days later I call for tracking info to be told the back office did not process my replacement because I did not send old pair back. They have offered me a coupon which I cannot use in retail so it does not get me the replacements in time for camp on Sunday. I am attaching an image if the last communication I received, and the pictures showing the new pair of J5 (purple) compared to the old J4 (silver).

I ordered a pair of Crocs for my daughter and they were not at all the size I ordered. I followed the size guide for the ones that I wanted. I measured her foot, sized up a little bit. Right out of the package I knew they were much too big. I measured them and they were over an inch larger than the website states.

The strap on my son's croc broke within a month! We have never had this experience with a croc before and we appreciate the comfort and durability of other crocs we've ordered. We will not be ordering this style of croc and we could not return it since they were worn.
