They've changed and are no longer cushy.
I always thought crocs were ugly but then when I bought my first pair they were so comfortable I love them. I went through four pairs the time before last when I bought them they weren't soft and cushy in the heel they were hard so I thought I must've bought a knock off. I bought them directly from the manufacture and they were still hard as a rock. I went to discussion forums online and other people feel the same. Please change your formula back to the soft cushy crocs that I love. I did get a refund and was able to return them so I was pleased with that.

Perfect for Soccer
My grandson loves the white crocs! He wears them with his travel soccer uniform (blue and white) before and after games. Since he either has practice or plays a soccer game/tournament, he uses them everyday and loves them! They are easy to slip into and comfortable.

I like that I can wash them daily. If they're fairly new, they give me good traction in the rain. My just ordered black ones (made in Mexico) to replace my worn black ones, are the expected size but the footprint is smaller so corners have been cut.

These Clogs over performed in every way
I am amazed at how comfortable these are even on uneven hard surfaces. These slip on easily and support your feet as good as normal shoes. I have many foot issues, and I find them very comfortable and supportive. I originally purchased them for pool and camping only, but have found myself wearing them in town on errands or driving. They feel like normal shoes.

Twice a year (for the past few years at Christmas and birthdays), the Aunts buy the nephews crocs. I personally find them ugly and totally uncomfortable, but they LOVE them! I can't comment on product because they still haven't shipped! This is actually the 3rd time I've had issues going directly through crocs website! 1st time took forever to ship around Xmas, after 4 wks I finally got them 2 days before, 2nd they canceled my order no reason, 3rd LATE SHIPPING AGAIN!

Sizing is way different
My old crocs were getting worn out so I got a new pair, only to find out they are no where near the same size! Very disappointed now I have to order a size up!
Buyer beware merchandise is not guaranteed to be delivered
I do not have a problem with the shoe but the service has been horrible. My family and I all wear crocs and I have always felt comfortable ordering them online until this purchase. I received a notice that my package had been delivered however I did not receive it and the picture on the delivery was the wrong address when contacting crocs I was told basically it's not their problem once they ship it. I waited a few days to see if it would show up and when it didn't I tried to make a claim through UPS and I was told from UPS that crocs blocked my ability to dispute this package. The picture verifying delivery showed a different house verifying I did not receive the package. I've gotten mini package packages from crocs in the past to compare it to. I had to speak to different people some very rude to get this resolved. I did finally get a hold of somebody that helped me get the merchandise I paid for. However they were adamant that the company's new policy is that once they ship it it's not their responsibility. I do not contract with UPS croc does, it is their account that the error was made on and they would not help me resolve it. Crocs has an obligation to deliver the merchandise to the customer that the customer has paid for. So in other words, the new company policy is you're not guaranteed to get your merchandise. This does not make me want to purchase from them in the future.

I love my Crocs! When I received the order the right one was in the correct size and the left one was in a different size, which is obviously a problem. However, when I called to report the problem, they shipped me another pair in the correct size, when I only needed a replacement on the left one. :) I do so appreciate the company correcting that problem so easily.

My podiatrist actually recommended that I get Crocs, & a friend of mine told me how comfortable they were. I love the color that I got! I originally got them a bit too small, & the return/reorder process was no problem at all. The website did say to get them 2 sizes bigger than my normal size, but I went to a store that had Crocs to try that size on, & they made my feet look like clown feet. I decided to try it just one size up, & that worked perfectly.

These are my "inside" crocs. Wear at home. The outside crocs for the yard are a latte color. Very comfortable I recommend these to all my family feet.

This latte pair is my "outside" croc. For use around the house and yard. The "inside" croc is a dark algae green. Both fit and work great in their assigned roles! Very comfortable. I recommend Crocs to all our family feet.

Never Disappointed by Crocs
I've worn Crocs for years and have never been disappointed. I keep them by the door so I can quickly slip them on to step outside for any reason. They have never required a break-in period are great right off the shelf. I run them through the wash every once in a while to keep them looking like new. I especially love them in the winter as they slip right over the heavier socks I usually wear indoors. A quick trip to the garage to grab something out of the freezer or a drive into town to shop for goods to fill the freezer; I'm always happy with my Crocs!

A Little Disappointing
Love the color, don't care for the fit. I own quite a few Crocs, and this is the first time that my normal size of women's 6 di not fit! These shoe fit a half of size too small. I'm making them work without the strap. Maybe this was the reason why this color was on sale.

The croc was not true to size. No wonder it was final sale. I brought a size 12 for men and it was like a size 13. They're huge. I have bought two other pairs of size 12 men Crocs in the past that fit so it was not my mistake it was the manufacturer.

The color is not as advertised- much darker than in the picture. The material is cheap and already has bending lines on the top. The old crocs were sturdy, a little heavier, but well made. These should cost about $3 at the dollar store. Very disappointed.

I was buying my mother a paid of crocs along with some charms for her birthday. I placed my original order around June. An item i had purchased was said to be out of stock and i received a refund after 2 days. I attempted to place my order once more and they were set to be delivered July 7th 2025. On the 7th they were marked "returned to sender" so i called and was told that i had used a P.o. box instead of a physical home address. Despite the fact a family member had bought some Crocs at the same time and had them delivered to the SAME p.o. box with no issues. Nevertheless, i was told I'd receive a refund before July 25th. It is currently August 6th 2025 and i have no received an email, a message, an update and i received NO REFUND. I am absolutely infuriated with this circumstance, I have spoken to 2 different customer support representatives and neither of them have been able to help me in resolving this.

This is my first time wearing crocs and I absolutely LOVE my new classic clogs in aquamarine. I got these to replace my off brand house shoes, but from the moment I slipped my feet in I haven't taken them off (except to shower and sleep). I love the comfort, versatility, functionality, and am absolutely addicted now. Will be purchasing more colors!
Disappointed in Crocs' Return Policy Not Half Size Friendly
I wear a size 8.5, so I followed Crocs' recommendation and ordered a size 9 in the Classic Clog since they don't offer half sizes. Unfortunately, the shoes were way too big. I loved the color and bought them during a fantastic sale, so I was really hoping to exchange them for the correct size.

That's where the real disappointment set in—not with the product itself, but with Crocs' business model. Crocs does not allow exchanges. You're forced to return your order and repurchase at the current price. By the time I received my order and realized the sizing issue, the sale was already over. To get the correct size, I would have had to pay nearly double what I originally paid.

I understand sizing can be tricky, especially without half sizes, but the inability to do a simple exchange—especially when sizing up is recommended—is frustrating and feels like a customer service miss. I hope Crocs reconsiders their policy to make the buying experience more accommodating.

Lack of quality control.
The strap on the back was different lengths for the two shoes. This lack of quality control was extremely disappointing from a brand that used to care. I was able to return them for a refund. So that is good.

I've had mine for about 6 years now. I am hard on my crocs, so I do yard work in them I've been to multiple beaches, hiking, do my chores in them, and worked on my vehicles in them. I'm pretty hard on them. Don't really take time to care for them. They've held up so good. Just got 2nd pair. Cheers.

I grew up w crocs.My 1st pair lasted 15+yrs.my last 2 pairs shrank in the car. One was in my trunk & it shrank down 2 sizes.This time they were in a bag in my car & the right one shrank but not the left. I'm annoyed I have to keep buying pairs bc they shrink, they used to not shrink, What gives?

I wear them inside cause they're more comfy than slippers and they're breathable. I wear a different pair for on-the-go because they're easy and comfy.

On my fifth pair of Crocs. Style? No. Shame? Less. Comfort? Like foot hugs from a marshmallow. Zero fashion, 100% dad-approved comfort. Mowed the lawn, grilled burgers, talked about the weather, adjusted the thermostat, and scared teens at the mall. 10/10, would offend again.

I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered, and received, a pair of crocs marked as size 9. However, they were at least a half size and probably a whole size too large. Also, they were not cushy like my old crocs but hard rubber with the small "nubs" on the inner soles so hard that they actually hurt the soles of my feet. I will not buy crocs again, much to my regret.

I have several pair of Crocs sandals. This is my first pair of clogs. As with all of the Crocs shoes, I love that I can wear them in all kinds of weather, particularly since I seem to frequently get caught in the rain.

I like the color of my crocs. They are light enough to be a neutral. Good for wearing when the grass is damp, the bottom traction is a safety feature for someone my age.
A Perfect fit!
I had a pair of fuzz-lined clogs before I got these ones. Using the "Take Back" kit, I mailed them back and saved up my money to buy these ones. The massage points take a bit of getting used to, but I managed. These make a perfect sub for my bedroom slippers if I have to get up early and do chores.

Its been over a month and a half and I still havent received my order. I have called 3 times and all I get is that is on its way.

I really like my Crocs & I wear them almost ALL the time bc for the past few yrs I've been having knots on my Achilles tendons near my heels & my left heel hurts on the bottom as well- -I assume from mostly going barefooted or in flat flip flops around the house & outside for yrs. So they are helping me so much with my foot pain. I do wish I had gotten some of the Literide styles instead bc these aren't as soft & comfy as I was expecting & the inside soles take some getting used to at first without socks. I do really like them , the color especially. I should have ordered a W8 instead of W9 however as they are a little too big. I normally wear mostly 8 1/2 so I ordered the next size up like it said on the site. I should have went a size down instead, but I kept them anyway. I will know next time!
